FCI Brestwood's kennel was established in 2018. We are located in beautiful Slovakia, in central Europe. We are focused on breeding Dual purpose dogs.

I am one of few gun dog breeders who are on the cutting edge of a movement to reunite gun dog form with function. No longer satisfied with dogs that possess only outstanding field abilities or refined looks, gunners now want dogs that have both-the dual setter.

Gordons were bred to hunt game birds 200 years ago. I am happy to see beautiful show dogs which still can do what they was bred for.
I refuse to believe that you could not have a dog that conformed to the breed standard that was also a superb hunting dog.
